Delivery methods
- • The goods are shipped to the address indicated at the moment of placing the order.
• The delivery cost in Poland by the courier company is PLN 19 or PLN 22 in case of cash on delivery.
• The delivery cost in EU countries is PLN 70. The delivery is performed by the UPS courier company.
• If you want your order to be delivered outside the EU, please contact us to determine the delivery cost.
• If you choose the “self-collection” option, the delivery will be free. You will be informed by e-mail that the package is ready to pick up in the selected shop.
• Orders are delivered within 7 business days (in Poland) from the moment of order payment confirmation.
• You should carefully check the parcel in the presence of the courier. If the package is damaged, draw up a damage report and immediately report the incident to the following e-mail address: e-sklep@denicler.eu
